Success tracking and analytics
Automated notifications and scheduling
Administrative tools for Discord servers
3. Eligibility
Age Requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Bot
You must meet Discord's minimum age requirements
You must have authority to bind your organization if using for business
Account Requirements
Valid Discord account in good standing
Compliance with Discord's Terms of Service
Accurate and current account information
4. User Responsibilities
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
Use the Bot in compliance with all applicable laws
Respect intellectual property rights
Maintain security of your accounts and credentials
Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
Use features for their intended purposes
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
Abuse, harass, or harm others through the Bot
Attempt to bypass security measures or rate limits
Use the Bot for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Distribute malware or harmful content
Impersonate others or provide false information
Reverse engineer or modify the Bot's code
Use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service
Engage in automated or bulk data collection
Resell or commercialize the Bot's services without permission
5. Bot Permissions and Access

PAS prompts and invoices are informational and configured by server admins

We do not store full payment card details

Giveaways may require specific server tags or roles
Eligibility and number of winners are configured by server admins

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
Maximum Liability
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU'VE PAID US IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ACOToolbox, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use of the Bot
Violation of these Terms
Violation of any rights of others
Your content or data
13. Termination

Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
Bot access is revoked
Data may be deleted without notice
No refunds will be provided

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

16. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ACOToolbox regarding the Bot's use.

Assignment
You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights to any successor.
17. Premium Features
Subscription Terms
Certain features of the Bot require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
Billing & Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
Payments: All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees and any applicable taxes.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or explicitly stated otherwise.
Feature Access: Subscription plans may differ in available features, usage limits, quotas, or access levels. Features and limits may change over time.
Usage Limits: Excessive use, abuse, or attempts to bypass plan limits may result in throttling, suspension, or termination of access without refund.
Plan Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or features with reasonable notice.
18. API Usage
You agree to use the API in compliance with all applicable documentation and limitations.
Rate Limits
You must comply with all rate limits and usage restrictions.
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent rate limits or safeguards.
You must implement appropriate backoff and retry mechanisms.
Abuse, excessive requests, or misuse may result in throttling, suspension, or termination without notice.
Integration Guidelines
Integrations must follow published documentation and technical requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining compatibility with updates or changes.
You must test integrations prior to deployment.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party integrations.
19. Community Guidelines
Users are expected to interact respectfully and responsibly within all official ACOToolbox channels.
Behavior Standards
Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior is prohibited.
Constructive feedback is encouraged.
Misuse of the Bot or community resources may result in warnings, suspension, or termination.
Support Channels
Users must use designated support channels.
Users should review available documentation before requesting support.
Requests should include sufficient detail to allow assistance.
Support response times are not guaranteed.
