Admin Commands

Complete reference for all administrative commands in ACOToolbox. These commands require administrator permissions in your Discord server.

Announcements

/announce

Create and post server announcements.

/announce title:"Important Update" description:"Bot maintenance tonight"

Parameters:

  • title - Announcement title

  • description - Announcement content

  • channel - Target channel (optional)

  • color - Embed color (optional)

  • Additional formatting options available

/scheduled-announcements

View and manage scheduled announcements.

What it does: Shows pending announcements and management options

Email Management

/emailmap add

Map an email address to a Discord user.

/emailmap bulk_add

Add multiple email mappings at once.

Note: Follow prompts for bulk data input

/emailmap delete

Remove an email mapping.

Remove all email mappings for a specific user.

/emailmap lookup

Find which user an email is mapped to.

Message and Embed Management

/admin message

Send a message as the bot in the current channel.

Extract JSON data from an embed in a message.

Create an embed from JSON data.

Edit an existing embed using JSON.

Send an embed to a specific channel.

Emoji Management

/emoji add

Add a custom emoji to your server.
