Welcome to ACOToolbox! This guide will help you understand how to use the bot as a community member.

What Can You Do?

As a community member, ACOToolbox lets you:

  • Track your orders across multiple email addresses(Soon)

  • Submit emails for admin approval

  • View your checkout history and export data

  • Check your points in the community point system

  • Get your Discord User ID for profile setup

First Steps

1. Get Your Discord User ID

Use this command to see your Discord User ID and proper profile name format:

/userid

This shows you the exact format needed for checkout profiles.

2. Submit Your Emails (Optional)

To track orders on sites without profile names, you need to submit your emails for admin approval:

Tips:

  • Separate multiple emails with commas for bulk submissions

  • Use emails you actually use for checkouts

  • Wait for admin approval before they're active

3. Check Your Points

See your current community points:

Basic Navigation

Essential Commands

  • /userid - Get your Discord ID for profiles

  • /points - Check your community points

  • /form_status - View current form status (private preview)

Order Management(TODO)

  • /order add_email - Add an email for tracking(TODO)

  • /order list_emails - See your registered emails(TODO)

  • /order check - Scan for new orders(TODO)

  • /order view - View all your saved orders(TODO)

  • /order export - Export orders to CSV(TODO)

Checkout Data

  • /checkouts recent - View recent checkouts

  • /checkouts export - Export all your checkout data

Understanding the System

Email Approval Process

  1. Submit emails using /email_submit

  2. Wait for admin approval

  3. Approved all checkouts with submitted emails are automatically tracked

Points System

The bot tracks points for community participation. Points may be awarded for:

  • Successful checkouts

  • Community engagement

  • Other activities (configured by admins)

Form Status

Use /form_status to see:

  • Currently open forms

  • Form deadlines
