User Commands

Complete reference for all commands available to regular users in ACOToolbox.

General Commands

/userid

Get your Discord User ID and proper profile name format.

/userid

What it does:

  • Shows your Discord User ID

  • Displays the required profile name format for checkout tools

  • Helps you set up your profiles correctly

/points

Check your current community points.

/points

What it does: Shows your GhostCart points in the system

/form_status

View current form status (private preview).

What it does:

  • Shows currently open forms

  • Displays form deadlines

  • Shows entry requirements

  • Only visible to you (ephemeral)

Email Management

/email_submit

Submit your emails for admin approval to track on sites without a profile like Amazon.

Parameters:

  • emails - Comma-separated list of email addresses

What it does:

  • Submits emails to pending approval queue

  • Admins must approve before checkouts are tracked

  • Use emails you actually checkout with

Example:

Checkout Data

/checkouts recent

View your recent checkout data without downloading a file.

What it does:

  • Shows recent checkout entries

  • Displays in Discord (no file download)

  • Includes basic checkout information

  • Quick way to check recent activity

/checkouts export

Export all your checkout data to a file.

What it does:

  • Asks if you want all data or successful checkouts only

  • Creates downloadable CSV file

  • Includes detailed checkout information

  • Useful for analysis and record keeping

Common Questions

"My checkouts aren't being tracked"

  1. Ensure you are using the correct profile name format /userid

  2. Check if emails are submitted: /email_submit

  3. Verify admin approval (ask admins)

  4. Wait for checkouts
